Le Temps des Rêves is a walk through this city of a thousand bitter orange trees, where founder Annick Goutal first learned to play her olfactory scales. Annick Goutal wanted to pay tribute to her daughter. I had wanted to associate rose and pear for a long time. Isabelle Doyen wanted to recreate the image of her childhood home, when the flavor of the pears she drank had something of the roses that sprung up next to the pear tree.

In the countryside, children discover in wonder the pleasures of nature. Running barefoot through the grass they play Pilla Pilla, (Chat Perché), they blow a dandelion ... And if the cat passes its paw behind its ear to make it rain, it is so that the children can get into the puddles and watch the shapes of the clouds.
