Apply generously, frequently and evenly over the body. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Subsequently, renew the application every 2 hours, or after bathing, perspiring or drying off. Do not forget the hat and sunglasses, as well as avoid the hours of maximum sunshine (from 11:00 to 16:00 hours). Avoid exposure of children under 3 years of age.
